Magnificum \"Norte\" came to me from Scott Cohen as a seed-grown baby, and it's been kicking around the trade for a while under that name, though I'd argue it deserves a closer look. The venation forks close to the margin instead of closing up into a neat perimeter vein like some other magnificum ecotypes do, which makes me wonder if we're looking at a distinct subspecies rather than just a nice individual. Someone with more letters after their name than me should sort that out. In flower it smells like menthol and moth balls, which is either delightful or deeply concerning depending on your relationship with your grandmother's closet.
