It's an ecotype cross from Scott Cohen from a few years back, and a veinier representation of the species than most people go looking for - the market seems to want the thin-veined, muted carlablackiae, named I believe for the Heliconia-focused Carla Black out of Central America, but I've always preferred this louder, thicker-veined version. I actually bought a seedling of it from Enid at NSE, promptly killed it, whined about it publicly, and she took pity on me and sent this one as a replacement.
