A. cerrocampense is one of the few waxy-leaved members of section Cardiolonchium, dinner-plate-round with a bright yellow spadix, and it's been a generous pollen donor for me, producing plenty of it and fragrant to boot. It's shown up in several notable hybrids lately, and for good reason. It also stays a comfortable size and has tolerated shade outside through some rough west Georgia summers, which counts for something even if I'm not supposed to talk about growing conditions here.
