I don't have much to say about the seed parent, four-way as it is - the tag just says what it says, and I'm taking it at its word. What I can talk about is the pollen parent, A. cerrocampense, one of the few waxy-leaved species representing section Cardiolonchium, and a genuinely useful one to have around. Dinner-plate-round leaves, a bright yellow spadix, and it throws off pollen by the generous, fragrant handful, which is probably why it keeps turning up in notable hybrids lately. It's a modest grower, doesn't get tall, and shrugs off a west Georgia summer outside in the shade like it's nothing.

So this cross is really an experiment in what that pollen does to a complicated seed parent I know little about on paper. I'm curious to see whose face shows up first.
