[Tim Anderson (crystallinum x magnificum) x carlablackiae] x "Wonder Boy A"

I don't have much to say about the seed parent beyond its name, and I'd rather say nothing than make something up, so there it sits, a known quantity in name only.

The pollen parent is the interesting half of this cross. "Wonder Boy A" came to me from Scott Cohen a while back, and to this day I couldn't tell you with certainty whether it's the original Wonder Boy material or a self of it. Doesn't much matter to me. What matters is that it throws wondrous emergent colors, and throws them readily onto its offspring, which is exactly the kind of parent you want sitting on your bench. It's large, it's vigorous, and it carries forward Tim Anderson's habit of building something remarkable out of species inputs nobody had quite figured out yet. This seedling is the result of putting that pollen to work.
