("Cinnamon Swirl" x 'Tim's Black') x Wonder Boy A

Two branches of Tim Anderson's legacy colliding here, and then a third for good measure. The seed parent is Phil Iloo's cross, Tim's own storied plants mashed together with Phil's spin on top, and since Phil doesn't ship and I'm rarely in Miami, Aaron at Urban Leaf Shop tracked this one down for me as a small seedling. Great guy, great shop, both worth knowing.

It emerges cinnamon-y, as advertised, then hardens off into that zebra-striped venation that keeps popping up across Tim's different lines like a family trait nobody can quite trace. If I had to bet, I'd say it connects somewhere back to 'Wonder Boy' already, which makes the pollen parent here less a new direction than a doubling down.

That pollen parent, Wonder Boy A, came from Scott Cohen a few years back. I couldn't tell you if it's original Wonder Boy material or a self of it, and honestly neither could Scott, but it throws wondrous emergent color onto offspring with real consistency. Large, vigorous, and carrying that same Tim Anderson knack for building something remarkable out of parentage nobody can fully pin down. Feels right that it ended up here.
