"Justin" x forgetii

Justin x forgetii

Justin is the name-plant, so to speak - I picked it up from Tezula back in summer of 2022, bred by another Justin altogether, this one out of Tampa, who'd left seed at SKG. I bought the seedling mostly because the name amused me, and it's since turned into one of my most prolific breeders, statement plant or not. The actual hybrid underneath the name is (crystallinum x magnificum) x subsignatum, and I've pulled more than 15 unique crosses from it at this point, most of them carrying some version of the sublet subvelvet traits it puts down. Some clones of Justin are floating around out there beyond my own bench, so don't be alarmed if you cross paths with one.

This particular pairing sends that lineage into forgetii, no notes needed beyond the name itself - sometimes that's the whole appeal, seeing what a proven parent does with something new to it.
