The seed parent came to me the way all the good ones do, a facebook sale, this time from the great Tofu Sprinkles. It's an F2, or maybe S2(?), of RLFS - the Ralph Lynam x Ft Sherman pap cross that everyone treats as the quintessential mashup of two storied ecotypes. I named this one "Flatty" for the least romantic reason possible: I've got a dozen paps in the greenhouse and this is the one with the mostly-flat sinus. Ta daaa.

The pollen parent is a "Pink Lemonade" x "Rio Claorense wild hybrid". It's a vigorous, large subvelvet with angular secondary veination and creates some unique hybrids.
